1. Postage, packaging & delivery
We ship all products from Sofia, Bulgaria. Delivery costs are based on 2 zones:
- Zone 1 – Bulgaria
- Zone 2 – European countries
- Zone 3 – Other countries: please email us
Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 days for Bulgarian orders and 3-8 days for European orders.
2. Payment
Available payment options: Paypal. We will ship the items within 24 hours for orders placed Mon-Fri: until 6 pm EET.
3. Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in Euro and include VAT at 20% and exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are displayed separately in the Shipping and Payment pages. We would require full payment for all international orders by Paypal or credit card.
4. Security
We do not store credit or debit card details.
5. Returns, replacements & cancellations
If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

You should return the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please provide a copy of the delivery note and invoice. We will reimburse the cost of postage and packing, unless you request a replacement item. If you request a replacement for returned items you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at sales@theagilebox.com. Please quote your order ID.
Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us, in writing, from the time of ordering until 14 days after receipt of the items. We will happily refund unwanted items provided they are in a fully resellable condition. If they are not returned in a fully resellable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items.
We will reimburse the delivery cost of sending the items to you if they are simply unwanted.
