Thank You Cards

The Thank You Card allows any team member to give a token of appreciation to a colleague. Often, a simple thing like saying “thank you” creates bonding between team members and helps them build trust and work better together. Just leave the pad on a visible place for the team as a reminder for them to take some time and appreciate each other’s efforts, or use the cards for an appreciation round at the end of the retrospective, and enjoy a healthy and productive team atmosphere.
